Ordering personalized ribbon is such a different experience from most online shopping, so it's natural to have questions (even lots of them!).

Can I change or cancel my personalized order?
Personalized orders go into production immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. For this reason, we encourage you to confirm your event date and the spelling of all personalization before placing your order. If you are uncertain about any aspect of a personalized order, do not submit the order. We're happy to answer any questions you have before you order, just email us!
How do I fill in my personalization for continuous printed ribbon?
For continuous printed ribbon, enter your personalization as you would like it to appear from left to right on the ribbon. If you use a bridal personalization, spaces will be inserted between the names and date as shown in the example images. Other types of personalization are spaced at the discretion of our printers. If you have specific placement needs for continuous printed ribbon, please email us with your request before placing your order.
How do I fill in my personalization for a favor ribbon?
All favor ribbons have personalization field(s) for each side of the ribbon: there are separate fields for both the left and right side of the ribbon's text. If you do not want text on both ends of the ribbon, you can put x's in the field(s) you want blank and add a comment to your order requesting one side blank. Simple cutting instructions are included with every favor ribbon order to help to ensure proper text placement when you're cutting the ribbon.
Are the personalized ribbons pre-cut?
No. All of our ribbons are shipped uncut on a spool to prevent damage in shipping. Simple cutting instructions are included with every favor ribbon order. You can cut our printed ribbon by the yard to any length to suit your project. No matter which format of ribbon you choose, make sure to use sharp scissors and cut at an angle for best results.
I don't want a standard length favor ribbon. What are my options?
Our favor ribbons can be printed at a custom length of up to 3" longer than their standard length at no additional cost. If you need a custom length, please enter your length request (whole inches only) in the "Comments" field at checkout.
If an extra 3" isn't enough for your project, consider our personalized ribbon by the yard, which is printed continuously. You can cut continuous-printed ribbon to any length to suit your project. This allows for greater flexibility for decorating large favors or wrapping gifts.
Can I have my wording printed in all capital or all lowercase letters?
Sometimes! It really depends on which ribbon style you're considering. Some ribbon styles can only be printed with the capitalization style shown, while others are more flexible. Check out the description of the ribbon style you're considering for details, and email us if you have special capitalization requirements that aren't addressed in the ribbon's description.
How can I get a ribbon swatch sample?
Email us with your mailing address and the name of the ribbon style you'd like to sample and the color(s) you'd like to see. We reserve the right to limit excessive requests for free swatch samples.
Are the personalized ribbons machine washable?
No. Our personalized ribbon is not appropriate for apparel use and cannot be washed.
What is the difference between registering an account and checking out as a guest?
If you register an account, you can save your address information and details of your order to help make reordering easier. If you check out as a guest, nothing is stored, so if you come back to order again you'll need to re-enter all of your shipping info.
Can I order by phone?
Due to the highly-customized nature of our ribbons, we do not accept orders by phone. Ordering online allows you to confirm the details of your order every step of the way and completely eliminates the possibility of transcription error with your personalization.
Is my credit card information secure?
We're hosted on BigCommerce. We chose BigCommerce in part because of the "bank vault"-level security in place to protect customer information. You can read more about BigCommerce's security here: https://www.bigcommerce.com/features/hosting/.

My credit card was declined. Can you tell me why?
Your credit card company keeps that information private, so we do not have access to it. You can contact your card's issuing bank directly for details.
I'm outside the United States. Can you ship to me?
We're sorry, but we do not ship outside of the 50 United States.
Can I come visit your store?
You're already here! We're entirely online. We do not have a physical store or showroom.
