How long does it take to receive my order?

With the Standard delivery option, you can expect to receive your order in 21 days.

Often we are able to offer faster service, with delivery in 14 days. When faster service is available, the "faster" option will appear at checkout. If our production schedule does not allow us to accept new orders for faster service, the "faster" option is disabled.

Are the personalized ribbons pre-cut?

All of our ribbons are shipped uncut on a roll to prevent wrinkling or damage to the imprint. Simple cutting instructions are included with favor ribbon orders.

Do the same colors of different ribbon types match?

Due to fabric variations, colors of the same name may look slightly different between ribbon styles. Please request ribbon swatch samples to compare ribbon colors if an exact match is required.

Can I request a catalog?

Regal Ribbons does not offer a printed catalog. Our entire product line can browsed and purchased from our website. Color swatch samples of our personalized ribbons can be requested by clicking on the "Request Ribbon Swatch" button and following the form's instructions.

Do I have to place my order online?

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept orders by phone. Your order must be placed through our secure online store, which is hosted by the Yahoo! shopping network. Can I use my debit card or check card to place my order?

You can attempt to use your debit or check card at your own risk if it has the Visa or MasterCard logo on the front. However, we strongly recommend using a regular credit card for your mail order purchases. Debit and check cards process differently than regular credit cards, and often do not clear through address verification. In most cases, if your card is not approved for address verification, the purchase amount of your order is held out of your account by your bank after your order is rejected. For this reason, we strongly recommend using a regular credit card for your purchase.

I got an email saying that my billing address doesn't match. I know the billing address I gave is correct. Why aren't you able to process it?

Debit and check cards cannot always be verified through our billing address verification system. If you have used a check or debit card, you will need to resubmit your order with a different form of payment.

If you have recently moved, your billing address on record may still be your former address. Contact your credit card company for more details.

If you have attempted to place your order with an international credit card (issued outside of the United States), you will need to resubmit your order with a new form of payment. We cannot accept credit cards issued outside of the United States, even if the billing address is a US address.

If you have placed an order with a "gift" card, you will need to resubmit your order after registering your card for mail/online purchases with the card issuer. Gift cards cannot be verified through address verification systems if they have not been registered with the issuing bank.

In the interest of providing the highest security level possible, we will not a credit card that cannot be verified through the AVS system.

Why didn't I get a confirmation of my order?

If you leave the confirmation check box checked on your order form, an email confirmation is automatically sent to the email address supplied order form. If you "uncheck" this box, you will not receive a confirmation.

If the email address entered on the order form is incorrect, the confirmation will be sent to the incorrect address. Please be sure to double check your email address before submitting your order.

Some email services limit the amount of email members can receive. If your email box is "full", your email confirmation will not reach you.

AOL customers tend to have the most difficulty in receiving email. If you are using an AOL email address, more information regarding missed AOL email can be found at

I don't want a standard length favor ribbon. What are my options?

The standard length of our favor ribbon varies by ribbon type, and ranges from 14" - 18". Shorter lengths (8" minimum) are available at no additional cost. To order a custom short length, enter your desired length (whole inches only) in the "Comments" section of your order form.

Longer lengths are available for some ribbon styles. Please email us at info@regalribbons.com for an extra-length quote and instructions for placing an extra-length order. It is essential to follow the instructions provided in the quote email to prevent delays in production of your order.

The standard length is ALWAYS used unless you specify another length in the comments field of your order form.

How long can my personalization be?

Personalization limits vary. For favor ribbons, the limits range from 19 - 88 letters and spaces depending on ribbon style. Please see the item description for the item(s) you are interested in for the character limit.

Can I get ribbons printed for an event that is not a wedding?

Yes! Regal Ribbons imprints ribbons for all occasions. Your personalization can be for whatever you want as long as it fits within our personalization limits.

How do I fill in my personalization for favor ribbon?

All favor ribbons have two personalization fields: one for text on the left end of the ribbon and one for text on the right end of the ribbon. If you do not want text on both ends of the ribbon, you can leave one of the fields blank.

Simple cutting instructions are included with every favor ribbon order to help you ensure proper placement when you're cutting the ribbon.

How do I fill in my personalization for continuous printed ribbon?

For continuous printed ribbon, enter your personalization as you would like it to appear from left to right on the ribbon. If you use a bridal personalization, spaces will be inserted between the names and date as shown in the example images. Other types of personalization are spaced at the discretion of our printers. If you have specific placement needs for continuous printed ribbon, please email us with your request before placing your order.

How do I enter a monogram?

To enter monograms, follow these instructions:

Marriage Monogram: Enter wife's first name initial, then couple's last name initial, followed by husband's first name initial.

Personal Monogram: Enter first name initial, then last name initial followed by middle name initial.

Can I have my wording printed in all capital or all lowercase letters?

We automatically convert personalization entered in all lowercase or all capital letters to initial capitals, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you need all lowercase letters, please let us know in the "Comments" field at checkout. Text in all capital letters cannot usually be accommodated. If you need all capital letters, please email us before placing your order with your personalization and we will let you know if it can be printed in all capital letters.

No. Our personalized ribbon is not appropriate for apparel use and cannot be washed.

Is it possible for me to cancel or change my order?

Personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled. For this reason, we encourage you to confirm your event date and the spelling of all personalization before placing your order. If you are uncertain about any aspect of a personalized order, do not submit the order.

Non-personalized orders can be changed if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us by email at info@regalribbons.com for order status information.
