Typographical Error Policy
RETURN POLICY:
Personalized, custom and edible items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales of items labeled "clearance item, all sales final" are final.
Orders that are damaged, lost in transit, or misprinted are replaced with an exact replacement of the original order. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging that it arrived in so that a proper claim can be made with the carrier, and contact us immediately by email to info@regalribbons.com.
Favor items and trimmings that are unopened and in perfect condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact us via email for a number and for instructions on how to handle your return. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Proofreading of personalized items is the responsibility of the customer. Items incorrectly personalized due to customer error cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please check your order carefully upon receipt. All claims for damage or shortage must be made via email to info@regalribbons.com within 7 business days of receipt.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Schedule
Our items are grouped into three different shipping categories. Delivery schedules for each shipping group are as follows:
Shipping Group One:
Delivered within ten business days with Standard Service
Delivered within five business days with Expedited Service
Shipping Group Two:
Delivered within three weeks with Standard Service
Delivered within twelve business days with Expedited Service
Shipping Group Three:
Items in shipping group three are delivered within four weeks.
Expedited Service is not available for Shipping Group Three.
Shipping group information and delivery details can be found in the description of every item.
Orders that include items from different shipping groups will arrive in more than one shipment.
Shipping Details
Some items cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous US states. These items will have shipping restrictions noted in the item description.
Orders shipped to California are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
Please provide a full street address for delivery. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available. Some shipments may require a signature. Please provide us with a shipping address where you or your designated recipient will be during the day. Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Additional shipping costs for reshipment will apply if your package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address.
Please note, if you change the shipping address for an order that has already shipped (by phone or in writing to the package carrier service) additional charges will be made to your credit card for the cost of the forwarding service. Forwarding charges vary and are determined by the package carrier.
We ship to the Continental US, HI and AK only. We're sorry, but we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Regal Ribbons accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. We use an automated address verification system (AVS) to verify the billing address for any credit card provided. If we cannot get address verification approval for the credit card provided as payment for an order, we cannot process the order. Credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States are not accepted. Due to the custom nature of our products, your credit card will be charged for your order when the order enters production.
DEBIT AND CHECK CARD DISCLAIMER:
We accept check and debit cards from our customers with this warning; many debit and check cards are not compatible with address verification systems. A debit card's issuing bank will reserve the funds required to complete the sale immediately upon order submission. When the card fails address verification, the funds reserved for your order may be held by the bank, even though the transaction has not been finalized. The actual length of the hold is determined by your bank and is outside of our control. You may attempt to place an order with a check or debit card at your own risk. We do not assume responsibility for loss or inconvenience due to held funds.
