Typographical Error Policy


Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales of items labeled "clearance item, all sales final" are final.

Favor items and trimmings (including blank ribbon) that are unopened and in unused condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact us via email for a return authorization number and instructions for shipping your return. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.

Orders that are damaged, lost in transit, or misprinted are replaced with an exact replacement of the original order. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging that it arrived in so that a proper claim can be made with the carrier, and contact us immediately by email to

Proofreading of personalized items is the responsibility of the customer. Items incorrectly personalized due to customer error cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. All claims for damage or shortage must be made via email to within 7 business days of receipt.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept phone orders. Order details and status information are not accessible by our manufacturing facility staff. All customer service is delivered by email. Please contact our customer service department by email for information regarding existing orders.

Delivery Timeframe

Our Standard delivery timeframe is three weeks (21 days).

If you need your order in less than 21 days, please
contact us via email before submitting your order. Please include the item(s) you'd like to order and your exact need date in your email so we can provide an accurate delivery quote.

Shipping Details

Some shipments may require a signature. Please provide us with a shipping address where you or your designated recipient will be during the day. Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Additional shipping costs for forwarding or reshipment will apply if your package is returned to us or rerouted due to an invalid or incomplete address.

If you have special delivery placement instructions (ex. specific placement area for delivery, or special bell-ringing requirements), please leave a note for your carrier at your delivery address. We do not add non-address information to the shipping label.

Orders shipped to California are subject to 8.75% sales tax.

We ship to the Continental US, AK, and HI only. We're sorry, but we do not ship to US territories or military addresses.

Standard shipping and handling is 6.95 per order.

Faster shipping and handling (when available) is 29.95. (Faster shipping will appear as a delivery option only when our production schedule allows.)

Regal Ribbons accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. We use an automated address verification system (AVS) to verify the billing address for any credit card provided. If we cannot get address verification approval for the credit card provided as payment for an order, we cannot process the order. Credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States are not accepted. Due to the custom nature of our products, your credit card will be charged for your order when the order enters production.


We accept check and debit cards from our customers with this warning: many debit and check cards are not compatible with address verification systems. A debit card's issuing bank will reserve the funds required to complete the sale immediately upon order submission. When the card fails address verification, the funds reserved for your order may be held by the bank, even though the transaction has not been finalized. The actual length of the hold is determined by your bank and is outside of our control.

Additionally, since check and debit cards are linked to cash accounts without a line of credit, changes or adjustments to your order can result in multiple pending transactions on your account. For example, if your order total is reduced or increased for any reason after your order is submitted, the original total and the new total may both appear as pending transactions on your account. This is a result of the differences between credit and check/debit cards, and is outside of our control.

You may attempt to place an order with a check or debit card at your own risk. We do not assume responsibility for loss or inconvenience due to held funds.

Pricing and availability of all items are subject to change without notice. We will notify you by email if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. Price changes are not applied retroactively to orders placed before the price change.

Copyright and trademark information for personalized items: The submission of any personalized order constitutes a declaration by the customer that he or she is the owner or authorized user of any copyrighted and/or trademarked names or phrases. The individual or entity submitting the order agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Regal Ribbons from and against any claims alleging violation of any trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights resulting from the processing of any order.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any personalization for any reason. We will contact you by email with details of the refusal if your personalization is rejected.

Regal Ribbons is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product specifications. If there is a typographical error in the pricing or specifications of an item in your order, we will contact you by email with corrected information, and will place the order on hold to allow you to determine if the corrected details are acceptable. We strive to present error-free information on all of our items, and item descriptions are reviewed regularly to ensure accuracy.
