We ship to the Continental US, HI, and AK only. We are based in Morgan Hill, CA. Our local sales tax rate of 8.75% applies to all orders shipped within the state of California.
Our Standard delivery timeframe is three weeks (21 days).
We enable a Faster delivery option at checkout when our production queue allows it. When it is available, Faster delivery is 2 weeks (14 days).
If none of the delivery options at checkout work for you, please contact us via email. We may be able to rush your order! Please include the item(s) you'd like to order, quantities, your exact need date, and your zip code in your email so we can provide an accurate delivery quote.
Some shipments require a signature. Please provide us with a shipping address where you or your designated recipient will be during the day. Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Additional shipping costs for forwarding or reshipment will apply if your package is returned to us or rerouted due to an invalid or incomplete address.
If you have special delivery placement instructions (ex. specific placement area for delivery, special bell-ringing requirements), please leave a note for your carrier at your delivery address. We do not add non-address information to the shipping label.
Orders shipped to California are subject to 8.75% sales tax.

Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales of clearance items are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for dissatisfaction with ribbon color. Please request a ribbon sample prior to placing your order if you are need an exact color match.
Blank ribbon and favor trimmings that are unopened and in unused condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact us via email to email@example.com for a return authorization number and instructions for shipping your return. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded.
Orders that are damaged in transit, lost in transit, or misprinted are replaced with an exact replacement of the original order. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging that it arrived in so that a proper claim can be made with the carrier, and contact us immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Proofreading of personalized items is the responsibility of the customer. Items incorrectly personalized due to customer error cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please check your order carefully upon receipt. All claims for damage or shortage must be made via email to email@example.com within 7 business days of receipt.
